By accessing and using AKILI SOFT ERP services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use AKILI SOFT ERP for business purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not modify or copy the materials
• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in AKILI SOFT ERP
• You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to AKILI SOFT ERP. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

5. Payment Terms

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, upon notice to you if such change may affect your existing subscriptions.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Akili Soft Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use AKILI SOFT ERP, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
